This medium-bodied coffee offers a blend of creamy caramel and Texas pecan flavors to create a smooth, classic finish true to the Texas taste. Discover a world of difference in the gourmet coffees of Bright and Early Coffee. We use only the finest Arabica coffee beans, meticulously hand-picked from the Mexican Chiapas  growing region. To ensure outstanding quality, we roast and cup a small sample of each harvest accepting only the beans which meet our high standards. A master roaster slowly roasts these beans in small batches combining artistry and technology to preserve each coffee\'s unique characteristics.
